Average Payment Period (PMP) of Local Entities

“Monthly publication of the Executive Report of the Medium Payment Period (PMP) of the EE.LL. calculated in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 635/2014, of July 25. For the EE.LL. of the transfer model, information is published every month; for the variable model each quarter, that is, the months of March, June, September and December. It is a synthetic index and comparable to that of other administrations that establishes the late payment of the commercial debt of a local corporation. It is an index that represents the sustainability of the commercial debt of a public administration.”本数据集按月发布地方公共行政实体（EE.LL.）中期付款期（Medium Payment Period, PMP）执行报告，该报告系依据2014年7月25日第635/2014号皇家法令的相关规定编制而成。针对转移支付模式的地方公共行政实体，相关信息按月发布；针对可变模式的地方公共行政实体，信息按季度发布，即每年3月、6月、9月与12月。该指数为综合指数，可与其他行政部门的同类指数进行对比，用于表征地方法人的商业债务逾期情况，同时亦可反映公共行政部门商业债务的可持续性。
