DC3: North Alabama Lightning Mapping Array (NALMA) Data. Version 1.0

This dataset contains total lightning measurements from the North Alabama Lightning Mapping Array collected from 15 May to 15 June 2012 as part of the Deep Convective Clouds & Chemistry (DC3) Project. These data are available in tar files by day which contain data files in both asci and netcdf formats. Included are: raw VHF source information from the LMA that has been reprocessed and quality controlled, lightning flash output from a flash clustering algorithm that combines VHF source information into flashes using space and time criteria, and a gridded flash product using lmatools.
