Seasonal Variations in the Ammonia Oxidizing Community in Triplicate Full-Scale Sequencing Batch Reactors

This submission holds the sequences for ammonia monooxygenase genes and transcripts taken from three full-scale sequencing batch reactors in Brainerd Minnesota at the start of each season. The data includes a timepoint during the static fill which represents influent wastewater, mixed fill which combines influent wastewater with activated sludge, two aerobic react (beginning and end) samples and one sample of the decanted water and one sample of the bottom settled sludge.
