Data and codes associated with the publication 'Active droplets controlled by enzymatic reactions'

The archive 'data_to_plot.zip' contains the data that were generated to produced the plots shown on Figures 3 to 9 in our manuscript 'Active droplets controlled by enzymatic reactions'. The data was produced using the two codes: a Brownian dynamics code (given in the archive 'BD_code.zip') and a code to integrate the hybrid field-particle dynamics described in the manuscript (given in the archive 'HM_code.zip').
