This dataset contains experimental data used in the study “Evaluation of Cellulase, Pectinase, and Hemicellulase Effectiveness in Extraction of Phenolic Compounds from Grape Pomace.”It includes results from enzyme-assisted extraction experiments performed separately for cellulase, hemicellulase, and pectinase, as well as control extractions without enzyme treatment.
