Oral microbiome raw sequencing data (16S rRNA) from children with complex chronic conditions under different feeding routes

Raw 16S rRNA sequencing data (FASTQ files) from oral microbiome samples of 63 children with complex chronic conditions (CCPP). Samples were collected from three feeding route groups: oral (n=21), enteral (n=20), and mixed (n=22). Sequencing was performed on an Illumina platform targeting the V3-V4 hypervariable regions. This dataset supports the study: "Association between feeding route and oral microbiome in children with complex chronic conditions: a 16S rRNA sequencing study."
