Registry of the Hub and Spoke Centers of the Apulian Oncology Network by pathology. With Regional Executive Resolution No 1103 of 16 July 2020, the configuration of the Hub Centres and Surgical Spoke Centres of the Oncological Network of the Puglia Region was approved for the first five subnetworks of pathology (breast, uterus, colorectal, prostate and lung). The constructive and evolutionary structure of the nodes of the pathology sub-networks involves the insistence of HUB – understood as Integrated Reference Centers and Specialistic Centers with high diagnostic-therapeutic integration, high clinical complexity and high volumes – complemented by surgical SPOKEs – understood as Optimal Nearness Centers for the filter of low-medium case studies, routing of high cases to the HUB, operational complement to the HUB and the continuity link between hospital, territory and patient’s home.按病理分型划分的普利亚大区肿瘤学网络枢纽与分中心登记库。 根据2020年7月16日第1103号大区行政决议，普利亚大区肿瘤学网络的枢纽中心与外科分中心设置方案首次获批，覆盖首批五大病理亚专科网络：乳腺癌、子宫癌、结直肠癌、前列腺癌与肺癌。 该病理亚专科网络节点的构建与演进架构，要求枢纽中心——即具备高诊疗整合度、高临床复杂度与高诊疗体量的整合参考中心及专科中心——辅以外科分中心，后者被界定为针对中低病例量案例的最优就近诊疗中心，负责将高复杂度病例转诊至枢纽中心，作为枢纽中心的业务补充，并搭建医院、辖区与患者家庭之间的衔接纽带。
