CAPV Geographical Identification System for Agricultural Plots

The SIGPAC is the Geographical Identification System for Agricultural Plots by which farmers and ranchers must make applications for area-related Community aid. The implementation of this system of identification of agricultural parcels meets a Community requirement for all Member States. The SIGPAC starts to be used from 1 February 2005, coinciding with the start of the deadline for applying for Community aid during the 2005/2006 marketing year.SIGPAC（SIGPAC）是农业地块地理识别系统，农民及牧场主须通过该系统提交与面积相关的共同体援助申请。该农业地块识别系统的实施，是所有成员国均需满足的共同体要求。SIGPAC于2005年2月1日正式启用，恰逢2005/2006营销年度共同体援助申请的截止期限启动时点。
