20-hydroxyecdysone-responsive microRNAs of insects

Here by small RNA sequencing, we systematically investigated the genome-wide responses of miRNAs to ecdysone in the embryogenic cell lines of Bombyx mori and Drosophila melanogaster. By transcriptome sequencing, we revealed the ecdysone-responsive genes at the whole genome level. Integrated analysis was then performed to explore the correlation between ecdysone-responsive miRNAs and ecdysone-responsive coding genes. The results may be published in different papers, depending on our actual research progress.
