Plasma Essential Amino Acid Levels in First Episode Psychosis at Baseline and After Antipsychotic Treatment

The plasma levels of essential amino acids (EAA) such as phenylalanine (Phe), Trp, valine (Val), threonine (Thr), methionine (Met), leucine (Leu), isoleucine (Ile), lysine (Lys), and histidine (His) were measured in drug-naïve first episode psychosis (FEP) patients at diagnosis and after 10 weeks of antipsychotic treatment. Forty FEP patients were enrolled at baseline, with blood samples collected before and after a 10-week antipsychotic treatment period. Plasma EAA levels were measured using an LC/MS/MS method.

本研究针对未用药首发精神病（First Episode Psychosis, FEP）患者，检测其在确诊时及接受10周抗精神病药物治疗后的血浆必需氨基酸（Essential Amino Acid, EAA）水平，检测指标包括苯丙氨酸（Phenylalanine, Phe）、色氨酸（Trp）、缬氨酸（Val）、苏氨酸（Thr）、甲硫氨酸（Met）、亮氨酸（Leu）、异亮氨酸（Ile）、赖氨酸（Lys）及组氨酸（His）。本研究共纳入40名首发精神病患者作为基线入组对象，并在10周抗精神病药物治疗周期的前后两个时间点采集血液样本。血浆必需氨基酸水平采用液相色谱-串联质谱（LC/MS/MS）法进行检测。
