The film was produced at the request of ear, nose, and throat specialists involved in court consultations and lawsuits brought after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy procedures produced excessive post-operative hypernasal speech. While produced specifically for ENT specialists, the film will be of interest to oral surgeons, orthodontists, prosthodontists, and speech pathologists.
