iDog is a comprehensive resource database specifically targeting domestic dogs and wild canids. It provides multi-omics data services including genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics and others, and contains information such as genetic variations, expression data and phenotypic traits. Developed and maintained by the National Genomics Data Center (NGDC), which is part of the China National Center for Bioinformation (CNCB), this database was established in collaboration with the Kunming Institute of Zoology.
