This study consists of bulk RNA-sequencing data from mouse liver in 6 different conditions: Wildtype control and ZNRF3/RNF43 double knockout, HCC (HCC, hepatocellular carcinoma;) and DEN induced hepatocellular carcinoma samples, and PBS and RSPO (R-Spondin1) treated wildtype samples.This data set accompanies the publication: Sun et al.
