Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Locating polluted sites and soils in Lorraine

The dataset contains the location of the plots concerned by the perimeters of sites constrained by soil pollution requiring action by public authorities, identified in the BASOL database (the polluted (or potentially polluted) soils and sites requiring public action, as a preventive or curative measure).

Knowledge of the perimeter of these sites is essential so that these constraints can be apprehended and taken into account by all those involved in spatial planning, in order to preserve the issues identified in the Code of the Environment, particularly from a health and environmental point of view.

This knowledge is also essential to encourage the recycling of these degraded areas, another important issue in Lorraine given the pressure on land in certain sectors located at the heart of former industrial basins and the reduction of natural and rural areas.
