The regulated zoning of the land use plan (POS) is digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. In a SOP there are two main types of restricted zones: urban areas (U) and natural areas (N). These areas shall be demarcated on one or more graphic documents. A regulation is attached to each area. The by-law may lay down different rules, depending on whether the purpose of the construction relates to housing, hotel accommodation, offices, commerce, crafts, industry, agricultural or forestry operations or warehouse functions. Zones U and N are themselves divided according to existing or future developments. Thus in urban areas: — the UA areas indicate ancient urbanisation and dense tissue; — the UB areas a recent urbanisation with mainly collective housing; — UC areas a recent urbanisation but with pavilion habitat; — the UJ zones the various areas of activity of the municipality. With regard to natural areas: — the NA areas are referred to as future urbanisation, i.e. they can be developed at a later stage; — NB areas are natural areas partially serviced by equipment and in which constructions exist, but no further development is planned; — NC zones represent natural areas protected because of the agricultural value of the land or the richness of the soil or/or subsoil; finally, the ND areas are natural areas to protect either the quality of the sites or because there are nuisances or risks.本公告已被宣告无效（《阿尔鲁法案》第135条），自2016年1月1日起归入RNU。 本土地使用规划（Plan d'Occupation des Sols，简称POS）的管制分区已依据法国国家地理信息委员会（Comité National de l'Information Géographique，简称CNIG）的国家规范完成数字化。 在SOP中存在两类核心限制分区：城市片区（U）与自然片区（N）。上述两类片区均需通过一份或多份图文文件完成划定，且每个片区均附有专属管制规则。该附属管制条例可根据建设用途的差异制定差异化规制，建设用途涵盖住宅、酒店住宿、办公、商业、手工业、工业、农林作业或仓储功能。 城市片区与自然片区均可依据既有或未来开发情况进一步细分： 据此，城市片区可细分为： — UA片区：代表老旧城区与高密度建成肌理； — UB片区：以集合住宅为主的新近开发区； — UC片区：采用独栋住宅布局的新近开发区； — UJ片区：市镇内各类产业活动片区。 针对自然片区而言： — NA片区：属于未来开发区，即可在后续阶段开展建设开发； — NB片区：已配备部分公共设施且存在既有建筑，但暂无进一步开发计划的自然片区； — NC片区：因土地具备农业价值、土壤或地下资源禀赋而受保护的自然片区； — ND片区：为保护场地环境质量，或因存在环境妨害与安全风险而需加以保护的自然片区。
