Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): The PPRL’s surfacing issue in the Bourret Boudigau sector

Generally speaking, the stakes are people, property, activities, cultural or environmental heritage elements, threatened by a hazard and likely to be affected or damaged by it. The sensitivity of an issue to a hazard is called “vulnerability”. This object class brings together all the issues that have been addressed in the RPP study. An issue is a dated object whose consideration depends on the purpose of the RPP and its vulnerability to the hazards studied. A PPR issue can therefore be considered (or not) depending on the type or types of hazard being addressed. These elements form the basis of knowledge of the land cover necessary for the development of the RPP, in or near the study area, at the time of the analysis of the issues. The data on issues represent a (figible and non-exhaustive) photograph of assets and individuals exposed to hazards at the time of the development of the risk prevention plan. This data is not updated after approval of the RPP. In practice they are no longer used: the issues are recalculated as necessary with up-to-date data sources.一般而言，风险受体指受危险威胁、并可能受其影响或造成损害的人员、财产、活动、文化或环境遗产要素。某一对象对危险的敏感程度被称为“脆弱性（vulnerability）”。 本对象类涵盖了RPP研究中涉及的全部风险受体对象。所谓风险受体对象，是指带有时间戳的对象，其是否纳入考量取决于风险预防计划（Risk Prevention Plan，简称RPP）的研究目的，以及其针对所研究危险的脆弱性。因此，PPR风险受体对象是否纳入分析，需视所应对的危险类型而定。 上述要素构成了在风险受体对象分析阶段，研究区域及其邻近区域内开展RPP编制所需的土地覆盖认知基础。 风险受体对象数据，是风险预防计划编制阶段所生成的、覆盖受危险威胁的资产与个人的（符合条件且非穷尽的）快照数据。该数据在RPP获批后不再更新。实际应用中此类数据已不再直接使用：需根据实际需求，采用最新数据源重新计算风险受体对象。
