Phased sequence alignment of the largest non-recombining blocks of SPTBN1 sequences (phase reconstruction for the Ochotona sequences was performed using PHASE v2.1 as implemented in DnaSP v5.10.01; largest non-recombining blocks determined using IMgc).对SPTBN1序列的最大非重组区块进行分相序列比对；针对鼠兔属（Ochotona）序列的单倍型分相重建，采用DnaSP v5.10.01中集成的PHASE v2.1软件完成，最大非重组区块通过IMgc工具确定。
