40 Wt% to 70 wt% TiO 2 powder; 1% to 5% by weight of wetting agent; 2% to 12% by weight of dispersant; And an ultra-high whiteness aqueous white paste for digital printing inks， comprising the remaining amount of water. Here， the TiO2 Powder is rutile TiO2 Powder， the wetting agent is a fatty acid derivative， and the dispersant is an acrylic acid copolymer. In addition， the present invention further provides an ink composition using the aforementioned ultra-high whiteness aqueous white paste.
