Health – Regional Index Men

Men’s Region Index for the theme Health is based on the indicators Average life expectancy women, years, average life expectancy men, years, Obesity population, percentage (%), long-term sick leave with mental illnesses and syndromes and behavioural disorders, percentage (%), prevalence of diabetes type 2, share (%), incidence of cancer, age standardised, number/100000 inv, incidence of heart attacks, age standardised 20+ years, number/100000 inv, Population 16-84 years with good or very good self-rated health, percentage (%), residents with good self-rated dental health, percentage (%), Population 16-84 years of age with impaired mental well-being, percentage (%). The KPIs are normalised so that all regions’ values are placed on a scale from 0 to 100 where 0 is the worst and 100 is best (for some indicators, inverted scale is used). In the next step, the standardised indicator values are weighed together into indices at aspect level (currently, the theme is based on indicators in three aspects). This is done with averages, all indicators weighed together with the same weight in each aspect. The values are also at this level in the range 0 to 100. Then the index at aspect level is weighed together to the thematic level according to the same principle and these values also fall between 0 and 100. The weighting is equal for all aspects of the theme.健康主题男性区域指数基于以下指标构建：女性平均预期寿命（年）、男性平均预期寿命（年）、肥胖人口占比（%）、精神疾病、综合征及行为障碍相关长期病假占比（%）、2型糖尿病患病率（%）、年龄标准化癌症发病率（人/10万人，逆计分）、20岁及以上人群年龄标准化心脏病发作发病率（人/10万人，逆计分）、16-84岁自评健康状况良好或极佳的人口占比（%）、自评口腔健康状况良好的居民占比（%）、16-84岁心理健康状况不佳的人口占比（%）。 所有关键绩效指标（Key Performance Indicators，KPIs）均经过标准化处理，将各区域的指标值映射至0至100的区间内，其中0代表最差水平，100代表最优水平（部分指标采用逆计分尺度）。 后续步骤中，将标准化后的指标值加权合成为维度层级指数（当前该主题依托三大维度的指标构建）。该过程采用算术平均法，每个维度下的全部指标均赋予相同权重，该层面的指数值同样处于0至100的区间内。随后，依据相同的加权原则，将各维度层级的指数进一步合成为主题层级指数，此类数值同样介于0至100之间，且主题下所有维度的权重均等。
