Development plan Lokstedt 65 — Stellingen 68 Hamburg

The project-related development plan Lokstedt 65/Stellingen 68 for the scope between Julius-Vosseler-Straße and railway facilities (district Eimsbüttel, district 317) and between Hagenbeckstraße and Wolfgang-Meyer-Sportanlage (district Eimsbüttel, district 321) is established. The plan area shall be limited as follows: Eastern division Julius-Vosseler-Straße — via parcels 3407 and 3742, west and north border of parcel 3742, north border of parcel 2262 and west and north border of parcel 1909 of the district Lokstedt. Western division north and east border of parcel 1318, east and south border of parcel 1319, south, west and north border of parcel 2954 of the Stellingen district.针对尤利乌斯-福瑟勒大街（Julius-Vosseler-Straße）与铁路设施（易北必特尔区Eimsbüttel，地籍地块317）之间、以及哈根贝克大街（Hagenbeckstraße）与沃尔夫冈-迈尔体育设施（Wolfgang-Meyer-Sportanlage）之间（易北必特尔区，地籍地块321）的范围，洛克斯泰特65/施特灵根68（Lokstedt 65/Stellingen 68）项目开发规划已正式确立。本规划区域的边界限定如下：东侧片区以尤利乌斯-福瑟勒大街为界，经由洛克斯泰特区（Lokstedt）的地籍地块3407与3742、地块3742的西边界与北边界、地块2262的北边界，以及地块1909的西边界与北边界划定；西侧片区以施特灵根区（Stellingen）的地籍地块1318的北边界与东边界、地块1319的东边界与南边界，以及地块2954的南、西、北边界划定。
