Gene names and accession number, sequence and source of primers used for gene expression analysis.

1Primer sequences were obtained from cited sources or were designed using Primer3 software (Input v.0.4.0) with sequences obtained from GenBank (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/). Primer sequences are presented as 5’ to 3’ (forward) and 3’ to 5’ (reverse). All primer pairs displayed melting curves with a single peak, indicative of a pure, single amplicon, confirmed the specificity of the primer pair. (XLSX)
