Reproducibility Artifacts for Semantic Representation and Rule-Based Interpretation of Finite Element Simulation Evidence
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains reproducibility artifacts supporting the study “Semantic Representation and Rule-Based Interpretation of Finite Element Simulation Evidence.” The package provides an RDF/Turtle knowledge graph, executable SPARQL competency queries, query-result files, a validation summary, and a Python script for regenerating and validating the semantic artifacts. The RDF graph contains 221 triples representing 16 memory-parameter simulations, three graphite-surrogate simulations, and four direct-versus-recursive timing experiments, together with numerical observations, computational-method relations, and rule-derived semantic interpretations. The accompanying Python script rebuilds the RDF graph, executes the three SPARQL competency queries, regenerates their result files, and checks the expected graph size, query memberships, and rule outcomes. The package is intended as an implementation-level reproducibility resource for the numerical-to-semantic workflow described in the associated study.
