Motif_GFF_File

The motifs.gff file shows all of the sites in the genome sequence of Clostridium autoethanogenum that are methylated, all the sites with one of the discovered motifs and the overlap between the methylation and the motifs as detected by SMRT analysis software version 2.2. Please unzip the data before use.motifs.gff文件包含产乙醇梭菌（Clostridium autoethanogenum）基因组序列中的所有甲基化位点、所有携带任意一种已发现基序的位点，以及通过单分子实时测序（Single-Molecule Real-Time，SMRT）2.2版分析软件检测得到的甲基化位点与基序位点的重叠区域。使用前请先解压该数据集。
