Elucidating a previously unidentified factor which affects the homeostasis of memory CD8 T cells in MHC class II-deficient mice

To identify an as-yet unknown factor which impairs the maintenance of memory CD8 T cells in MHC class II (MHCII)-deficient mice compared with those in wild-type mice, RNA sequencing was performed.
