A CSV file describing the metadata from the Illumina NextSeq2000 meabarcoding library obtained with the COI primer pair (BF3 and BR2), including both field and control samples. The data contained in the file was managed with the R package <i>phyloseq</i> and formatted for ecological analyses using additional R packages (e.g. <i>vegan</i>).
