Public data release accompanying the paper "Ultra-Precise Null Result for Sidereal Clock Anisotropy in 2025 IGS 30-Second Data: Upper Limit < 10−14 s" (Frederick Manfredi, 2025). We analysed batches of five and eight daily rapid clock solutions (DOY 339–346, 2025) from the COD and WUM analysis centres, containing AR-type receiver clock offsets at 30-second cadence. East–West differences were formed after aligning epochs to the nearest 30 seconds. The spurious >10¹³ σ signal appears only when combining data from multiple days due to coherent common-mode drift in the IGS time scale. When analyzed separately, each subset yields a clean null result — confirming the artifactual origin of the large signal. Files: - 2025_ground_clocks.csv : Processed 1D 30s data.
