Simulation Study 1: Results over 30 repetitions.

We report sensitivity and specificity metrics for the estimated graphs of the corresponding states, together with the overall accuracy of the estimated state sequences. Standard deviations across the 30 simulations are showed in brackets. The proposed method maintains the best balance between sensitivity and specificity as well as latent state estimation accuracy.
