The Effects of Moderate-intensity Exercise on Executive Function and Student Learning: Perspectives for Teaching in Higher Education

Datasets 1 and 2 present the unprocessed output from the two key dependent variables from a flanker task used within the study: 1) Accuracy (% of correct responses), and 2) reaction time for correct responses (ms). Dataset 3 presents the reaction time difference pre- versus post-intervention exclusively for participants that exhibited an improvement post-intervention (expressed as %). Dataset 4 presents the performance (expressed as % of correct answers) on an 11-question multiple-choice test. The independent variables are labelled within the datasets.
