Nasonia vitripennis sex-based developmental temporal transcriptome

In this study, we sequenced the RNA of whole Nasonia vitripennis eggs at multiple time points during embryonic development. Separate batches were sampled for female and (predominantly) male egg clutches. These data were used to assemble a de novo developmental transcriptome for an interspecies comparative expression analysis of insect development.
