This series comprises of the Report of the Inquiry under the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 into The Returned and Services League of Australia (New South Wales Branch), RSL Welfare and Benevolent Institution and RSL LifeCare Limited. The Inquiry was issued to the Inquirer the Honourable Anne Bergin SC by the Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation on 15 May 2017 and the report of the Inquiry was presented to the Minister on 31 January 2018. The reports contained 29 recommendations for consideration by the Minister. The Report was made publicly available as a downloadable pdf via the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation website for 12 months after being presented.
