GEE Script

This dataset contains all derived remote sensing products, soil indicators, environmental layers, and analytical outputs used in the study titled “An Integrated Framework Linking NDVI, Soil Organic Carbon, and Environmental Drivers in Tropical Agroecosystems.”
The dataset includes global-scale raster layers for NDVI, soil organic carbon (SOC), rainfall, temperature, land cover, correlation maps (NDVI–SOC, NDVI–rainfall, NDVI–temperature), and Random Forest predictions. In addition, the full Google Earth Engine (GEE) script used to preprocess the data, compute indicators, perform statistical analysis, and generate all outputs is provided.
All raster files are georeferenced (EPSG:4326) and can be used for reproducibility, further spatial analysis, or comparative global studies on vegetation dynamics, soil carbon, and climate–vegetation interactions
