Benchmarking in silico dataset for mammalian cell cultures

Dataset used for benchmarking in the publication "Calibration design for pharmaceutical bioprocesses: A novelapproach for knowledge transfer in Design of Experiments".

The dataset contain the same data in three formats: .csv as plain data format, .xlsx with additional metadata as required for DataHowLab, as well as plots in .pdf. Data marked with "fixed" is simulated without measurement noise, "noisy" indicates data corruption as explained in the paper. More details can be found in the main manuscript.
