RNA-Seq in WT and Cav3.1 knock-out female mPFC with or without chronic stress

The bulk RNA-seq in WT and Cav3.1 knock-out (KO) female mPFC with or without chronic stress was done to detect gene transcripcts assiciated with chronic stress-induced depressive-like bahaviors in mice. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from mPFC in WT and Cav3.1 KO female with or without chronic stress using an RNeasy Kit. The library preparation, sequencing, and Fastq file processing and mapping were conducted as described previously (Matsuo K et al., Cell. 2024;187(24):6835-6848.e20.; Ikenoshita S et al., J Clin Invest. 2023;133(22):e164792.).
