Replication package for "Auditable Computational Scoping Reviews: A Recursive BERTopic Pipeline and an LLM-Augmented Research Infrastructure"

Replication package for a methodological article on auditable computational scoping reviews (under review). It contains the raw Scopus export and the processed corpus (2,418 records), all scripts of the recursive BERTopic pipeline (preprocessing, five first-level calibration runs, two recursive sub-runs), the outputs of every run, the three blind validation exercises (samples, coding grids, anonymized coder files, agreement metrics), the robustness analyses (seed re-runs, comparison with simpler alternatives, pre-reduction checks, sensitivity re-run with records without a DOI), the post-validation term-dispersion diagnostic with its permutation test, a content-free index of the decisions log and a manifest of archived files, and a reusable template of the research infrastructure. SHA-256 checksums are provided for all files. Identities are anonymized for double-blind review and will be disclosed upon acceptance.
