62 breast cell lines composed of 27 Triple negative breast cancers (TNBC), 5 Non malignant (NM) lines, 14 Hormone receptor positive (HR+) and 16 Her2 amplified lines (Her2amp) were profiled Overall design: mRNA levels of 62 breast cancer cell lines were profiled at baseline i.e in the absence of perturbation. 6 cell lines were profiled in biological duplicate and 2 cell lines were profiled in triplicate for a total of 72 samples
