volumetric units

Building management. It is the elementary portion of building with a homogeneous height (within the acquisition tolerance), with ground base. The volumetric unit is also present in the case of the porch, while the adjective bodies are not part of this class, for which a specific class is used. Portions of building with different height and cover give rise to different volumetric units, even when they are included within a larger volumetric cover (e.g. attic or pocket terraces).建筑管理类：本类包含带有地基、高度一致且处于采集容差范围内的建筑基本单元。门廊对应的建筑部分同样属于该体积单元范畴，但附属结构体不属于本类，需使用专用类别进行归类。即便建筑中高度与顶盖存在差异的部分被包含在更大的体积顶盖范围内（例如阁楼或嵌入式露台），此类不同的建筑部分也会形成独立的体积单元。
