The effect of Aflatoxin B1 and Aflatoxin M1 in the mammary epithelial cell (Transcriptomics)

This study aims to evaluate the effect of AFB1 and AFM1 on bovine mammary epithelial cells. Cells were divided into six groups as (A) Control; (B) 2.0 mg/L AFB1; (C) 10.0 mg/L AFB1; (D) 2.0 mg/L AFM1; (E) 10.0 mg/L AFM1; (F) 2.0 mg/L AFB1 and 2.0 mg/L AFM1.There are three biological replicates in each group.
