Dataset for: Unpacking Leadership -Turnover Links in Tourism and Hospitality: A Meta-Analysis of New Genre Leadership Approaches

This dataset contains the secondary data supporting the findings of the study entitled “Unpacking Leadership–Turnover Links in Tourism and Hospitality: A Meta-Analysis of New Genre Leadership Approaches”, which has been submitted to Cogent Social Sciences. The data were obtained through a systematic literature search conducted in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. The dataset includes coded information extracted from empirical studies published in the tourism and hospitality literature and used for meta-analytic calculations. No primary data or personal identifiers are included. The dataset is shared to promote transparency, replicability, and future meta-analytic research.
