The locality field identifies the autonomous community of family residence indicated by the student in the academic year in which he/she is enrolled. The Exit Mobility Program field indicates whether students participate in a national or international outgoing exchange program (S) or not (N) in the selected academic year. The dedication field has as possible values: full-time, part-time, other dedication (completing studies, with less than 15 % of curriculum credits to pass). There is a minimum number of credits in which students must be enrolled, depending on each modality.居住地字段（locality field）用于标识学生在其注册就读的学年内填报的家庭住址所属自治社区。出境流动项目字段（Exit Mobility Program field）用于表明学生在选定学年是否参与国家级或国际级出境交换项目，参与则标记为S，未参与则标记为N。修读类型字段（dedication field）的可选取值包括：全日制、非全日制、其他修读类型（即需通过的课程学分不足总课程学分的15%）。根据不同修读模式，学生的注册学分需满足最低学分要求。
