Lean management, clean production, green supply chain practices, and green development performance data for traditional Chinese small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises

The above data were collected from a sample of traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China. A questionnaire survey using a five-point Likert scale was conducted to study 333 such firms. In this survey, various dimensions were assessed: the Str deals with the adoption of lean strategy, the Org focuses on the management of lean organisational capital, the Pro examines lean manufacturing practices, the Cle analyses cleaner production behaviours, the Supply investigates green supply chain management practices, while the Eco and the Env assess economic and environmental performance respectively. It should be noted that higher scores indicate higher levels of utility.<br>上述数据是从中国传统中小型制造企业的样本中收集的。利用李克特五分制进行问卷调查，对333家此类企业进行了研究。在本次调查中，评估了各个维度：Str 涉及精益战略的采用，Org 专注于精益组织资本的管理，Pro 检查精益生产实践，Cle 分析清洁生产行为，供应调查绿色供应链管理实践，而 Eco 和 Env 分别评估经济和环境绩效。应该注意的是，分数越高表示效用水平越高。<br><br>
