Input data and code for "An evo-devo resource for wood: Comparative regulomics across dicot and conifer trees"

This repository includes the input data and code used for generating the results in "An evo-devo resource for wood: Comparative regulomics across dicot and conifer trees" by Rondriguez et. al. (2026) All required input files are located under DATA/, and include both orthogroup files (OGs and HOGs, DATA/OrthoGroups/) as well as VST-normalised expression data (DATA/Counts/). All gene annotation files used are also included. We have also included tables generated at different steps during the workflow e.g. files with pairwise comparison of co-expression networks generated with ComPlEx (/comparisonFiles). Note that multiple versions of the comparisonFiles exist, V5 is the version used for this work. Finally, excel files containing the supplementary data (including cliques generated using OGs) can be found under DATA/Data_Supplement/.
