MAIA 2.0: historical 69-event audit extract and synthetic evidence-binding verification kit

Public reproducibility archive for the MAIA 2.0 New Ideas and Trends Paper. The kit contains the unchanged redacted historical 69-event extract, its audit code and report, and a synthetic fault-injection fixture under the frozen MAIA 2.0 v1.5 execution contract. The historical v1.2 contract is identified by digest but omitted because it contains an external organisation name. The kit excludes the private operational ledger, participant records and raw responses, Stage 2 operational observations, third-party binaries and equipment-control artifacts. This is a retrospective archive, not evidence of prospective registration. Author-local execution is not independent human replication.
