MISAW-Seg is a pixel-level surgical tool segmentation dataset for microsurgical environments. It extends the original MISAW dataset by introducing segmentation annotations for microsurgical tools involved in artificial vessel anastomosis tasks. The dataset provides extracted image frames from stereo-microscope videos and corresponding semantic segmentation masks in COCO and PNG formats.
