Executive dominance, political parties and legislative effectiveness in Nigeria's state legislatures

This data was collected through key informant interviews with legislators, political party leaders, civil society leaders, academia, legislative staff and legislative aids on the role of executive, political parties and effectiveness of state legislatures in Nigeria. The dataset reflects the activities of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly and Cross River State House of Assembly from 2019 to 2023 legislative sessions.
