Data, code and figures for "Retrospective thinning of ToxCast concentration grids reveals count- and AC50-coverage-dependent loss of potency information"

This record provides analytical tables, derived results, reproducibility scripts, concentration-placement definitions and publication figures supporting a retrospective study of information retention under five- and six-point thinning of ToxCast/invitroDB concentration-response grids. The primary inferential unit is assay endpoint ID (AEID). Full-grid fitted outputs are treated as analytical references rather than biological ground truth. AC50-proximal concentration-support analyses are retrospective and reference-conditioned. Raw invitroDB v4.3 data are not redistributed and are available from the U.S. EPA (DOI: 10.23645/epacomptox.6062623.v14).
