Trial 1 conducted at CQIRP for Early-stage Colonisation of Chicken Gut Microbiota: A Novel Approach to Poultry Health Management

This is a CTR vs AVG trial with Dexamethasone challenge. DNA extraction was performed from all the samples that were collected. The DNA library was sequenced and analysed using Rstudio.
We also did RNA extraction from the Jejunum samples which was analysed using the IPA software.
Histomorphological analysis was performed.
Performance data was also analysed.

本试验为地塞米松（Dexamethasone）攻毒的CTR与AVG对照试验。对所有采集的样本完成DNA提取，随后利用RStudio对DNA文库进行测序与分析。
我们还对空肠（Jejunum）样本进行RNA提取，并采用IPA软件完成相关分析。
完成组织形态学分析。
同时对性能数据开展了分析。
