The aim of this project is to re-annotate the structural and functional annotations of Phaeodactylum tricornutum genome using multiple meta-functional data. The aim of the project is also to update the existing epigenetic code in light of new structural annotations. The study further focus on extending our understanding of P. tricornutum phylogenetic origin.
