EEG Analysis

EEG analysis scripts of an experiment showing ERN and FRN component using a typed language production task.<br><br>KEY_statsandgraphs.m-----Analysis on keystrokes. This script takes each subject's average, extract mean values in a time-window and plots the proportion of subjects showing an effect in the same direction as the mean.<br><br>FEED_statsandgraphs.m-----Analysis on feedback presentation (delayed condition). This script takes each subject's average, computes the GFP, extract mean values in a time-window and plots the proportion of subjects showing an effect in the same direction as the mean.<br><br>GFPplots.m<br>-----This script plots the GFP for each timewindow of analysis (Keystroke, Feedback).<br><br>FEED_GFP_stats.R------Analysis on feedback presentation (delayed condition). This script runs a linear regression for each time-window of analysis on the GFP.<br><br><br>NormalizingErrorsCorrectbyKeystrokes.m-----This script takes error trials for each keystroke position and normalizes the signal with the mean of correct keystrokes at that position. <br><br>get_areaTF.m-----Helper function that computes the mean amplitude and area under the curve on an electrode in a given time-window.<br><br>elec128_egi.mat----Correspondance between channel number and order in a plot ordering electrodes from left hemisphere, midline and right hemisphere, and from posterior to anterior.<br><br>
