Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Priority Action Area for Agri-Environmental Climate Measures (MAEC) for the grass issue in the plains area of Languedoc-Roussillon (2015)

Zoning carried out under the Languedoc-Roussillon Rural Development Programme (LR) 2014-2020, delimiting part of the Priority Action Area (PAA) relating to the “Herbe” issue. The right-of-way corresponds to all the municipalities in the Languedoc-Roussillon plain area where an issue of maintaining the still grass surface (STH) was identified from the distribution of the STH in this area in 2012. The plain area corresponds to the whole LR outside mountain, high mountain and pedestrian areas as defined under the policy of compensation for natural handicap. The layer was produced on the basis of the communal reference frame of the IGN BD-CARTO. This is a joint request on the INSEE code between the municipalities of the data source and the municipalities of the geographical repository. All communal objects obtained topologically adjacent are then aggregated to form areas designated as plains.本数据集基于朗格多克-鲁西永2014-2020年乡村发展计划（Languedoc-Roussillon Rural Development Programme，简称LR）开展分区划定，界定了与“草本植被”议题相关的部分优先行动区（Priority Action Area，简称PAA）。本数据集的覆盖范围涵盖朗格多克-鲁西永平原区域内所有曾在2012年该区域静态草本植被覆盖区（Still Grass Surface，简称STH）分布调查中被识别出存在静态草本植被维护难题的市镇。平原区域指依据自然缺陷补偿政策划定的、排除山地、高海拔山地及步行专用区域之外的全部朗格多克-鲁西永区域。本图层基于法国国家地理研究院（IGN）BD-CARTO的市镇参考框架制作完成。本数据通过数据源市镇与地理基底市镇共享的INSEE代码完成关联匹配，随后将所有拓扑相邻的市镇地理要素进行聚合，形成被归类为平原区域的连片分区。
