Supplementary Code and Data: Classifying rodent diets for comparative research

Data and code for reproducing results and figures. "data" folder contains the MammalDIET and MammalDIET2 datasets as downloaded from their respective repositories. 01_explore-MammalDIET2.R is an R script for reproducing the results and figures in the manuscript. The published version of Figure 1 may differ from the output in appearance, but the underyling visual representation of the data is unchanged.
